Equipment

As with tobogganing and ski touring, wear a helmet, gloves and warm, waterproof clothing.

For the SNOOC snowshoe sledge descent, consider a mask and scarf for the face as well as gaiters to prevent the snow from getting into your pants. Back protection is recommended.

SNOOCs are available in any good sports shop. You can also find them at https://snooc.ski
